If the last bus of the day does not run or departs early causing you to be stranded, you will be reimbursed reasonable costs for an equivalent journey.
If you have lost anything on one of our buses, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to try and help reunite you with your missing items. To assist us in locating your item as quickly as possible, we kindly request that you provide us with as much detail as possible. Upon informing us of your missing item, our team will conduct an internal investigation with the responsible driver for the service you travelled on, as well as other relevant parties, in order to determine the location of your item.
Please only report the specifics of your loss once, as multiple reports may result in a delay in the investigation.
Our buses may be out on the road for the entire day or even overnight before the vehicle and your lost item is returned to the depot, so it may not be available for collection until the end of the day or the next day. We will contact you with an update when we have one. Reported cases will be open for 28 days and will be closed if your item has not been found. In all instances of loss, we recommend that you report them to your travel/home insurance provider and adhere to their guidance.
If our service doesn’t live up to your expectations, we want you to tell us about it so that we can try to put things right. If you wish to make a complaint you can use the contact form on our contact us page or by using the details below.
We work hard to make sure every journey you take with us is as easy as possible. Our charter sets out what you can expect from us, you can see it here.
